BioCare Magnesium Malate is magnesium complexed with malic acid.

Malic acid is an integral component of the Kreb's Cycle (energy producing cycle). It occurs naturally in fruits and some vegetables. It is an excellent mineral transporter of magnesium.

Recommended Intake
One capsule taken three times per day with food or as professionally directed.
