Vitamin C Powder in the form of magnesium ascorbate. Magnesium ascorbate is a buffered, low-acid form of vitamin C which is more gentle on the stomach compared to the acidic form of ascorbic acid. It also provides a bio-available source of magnesium.

Magnesium ascorbate is suitable for individuals who require a citrus-free vitamin C supplement and is ideal for those who have difficulty swallowing capsules or tablets.

A powdered source of vitamin C is sometimes recommended to enable vitamin C to be supplemented in a gradual way through the day by mixing it with a drink.

Recommended Intake
Two scoops daily with food or as professionally directed. Vitamin C Powder can be mixed with water or juice.
