NutriGold Superlec is a natural, high potency form of phosphatidylcholine delivered in premium quality, non-bleached lecithin granules. Superlec contains soya lecithin extract but not whole soya bean reducing potential sensitivities to this product.

Recommended Intake
1-2 teaspoons (approx 3-6g), with or after food, or as directed by practitioner. This is a natural product so appearance may vary between batches.
