The essential Omega 3 fatty acids DHA and EPA are recognised for their contribution to the maintenance of health, for example in the brain, the heart and the eyes.

Bionutri's One a Day Fish Oil capsule contains 1200mg of fish oil providing 600mg DHA/EPA in a 5:1 ratio DHA to EPA and in combination with Vitamin D.

The fish gel capsules are blister-packed to ensure their freshness right up to the point that they are taken.


Recommended Intake
Adults: One capsule daily
Children: (from 5 years of age) may take the contents of one capsule daily, punctured and taken by spoon or mixed with food
