Metagenics (formerly Nutri Advanced) MegaMag Night Plus Magnesium Powder is a high strength magnesium formula incorporating L-tryptophan, L-theanine, hops and Lactium®, a milk protein hydrolysate. This tasty powder mixes with water to make a relaxing chamomile flavoured drink.

Features magnesium bisglycinate, which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.
Contains L-tryptophan, which has been studied for its effects on sleep latency. L-tryptophan is a precursor of serotonin, which is not only important for mood balance, but may also be converted to melatonin,
important in regulating the sleep-wake cycle.
Provides hops extract, hops is a herb traditionally used to support restful sleep and relaxation.
Contains Lactium®, a milk protein hydrolysate, which supports a normal stress response and relaxation.
Provides 100mg of L-theanine, an amino acid found commonly in tea, which may help to support healthy alpha brainwave activity. Alpha brain waves are associated with a deep state of relaxation.

MegaMag® Night Formula has undergone a minor reformulation. Carrageenan, cellulose gum and xanthan have been removed and replaced with guar gum. Vitamin B6 is now in the active form of pyridoxal-5-phosphate, and vitamin B12 is now in the active form of methylcobalamin. Folic acid has been removed and replaced by Metafolin® (5-MTHF).
