A combination of Glucosamine and Chondroitin might be of more benefit than glucosamine alone.
Both glucosamine and chondroitin occur naturally in the body and both are key components of the structural matrix of joints. Chondroitin is a major component of cartilage and Glucosamine is the major component within joint tissue, surprisingly there are no major food sources of either of these.

Recommended Dosage
Take 1 capsule three times daily or as recommended by a health-care practitioner.

Glucosamine & Chondroitin contains ingredients derived from SHELLFISH and bovine (beef) sources.

This product does not contain wheat, gluten, corn, yeast, soy, egg, dairy products, or artificial colours, sweeteners, or flavours. This product also does not contain lactose, palmitic acid, or magnesium, calcium, or vegetable stearates.
