Information
Alpha Lipoic Acid Sustain tablets have bilayer release technology to maximise and then sustain blood levels and minimise gastric irritation. A 1/3 quick release and a 2/3 sustained release tablet.
Alpha Lipoic acid is a fatty acid found naturally in every cell in the body where is helps turn glucose into energy. When the body turns food into energy it produces waste products called free radicals. Alpha Lipoic Acid is one of the substances naturally available in the body that neutralise free radicals, it functions well alongside vitamin C and vitamin E.
Jarrows Alpha Lipoic Acid Sustain also contains Biotin which contributes to:
- normal energy yielding metabolism
- normal macronutrient metabolism
- normal function of the nervous system

Recommended Dosage
Take 1 tablet 1 or 2 times per day with meals or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
