Alpha Lipoic acid is a fatty acid found naturally in every cell in the body where is helps turn glucose into energy. When the body turns food into energy it produces waste products called free radicals. Alpha Lipoic Acid is one of the substances naturally available in the body that neutralise free radicals, it functions well alongside vitamin C and vitamin E.
Jarrows Alpha Lipoic Acid also contains Biotin which contributes to:
