Metagenics (formerly Nutri Advanced) Eskimo-3 are omega-3 mini-capsules providing essential fatty
acids EPA and DHA in their natural 3:2 ratio to support brain, vision &
heart.
Eskimo®-3 capsules are ideal for those looking to top up their omega-3
levels in an easy and convenient way in particular those who struggle to
eat enough oily fish. The mini-capsule format makes them a good choice for
those who struggle to take larger capsules or dislike taking conventional
fish oils and allows flexible dosing. Taking 6 capsules daily provides EPA
and DHA roughly equivalent to 3 portions of oily fish per week.
Providing the essential fatty acids EPA and DHA in their natural 3:2
ratio, the same concentration that is naturally found in oily fish. Omega-3
fatty acids have been well studied, with EPA and DHA contributing to the
normal function of the heart, and DHA supporting normal brain function
and vision.
Eskimo®-3 is a high quality fish oil made from anchovies, sardines
and mackerel, small fish that are naturally low in toxins. The purification
process of Eskimo®-3 is carried out close to the fishing grounds where
pressing, centrifugation and molecular distillation all take place in
accordance with GMP and pharmaceutical standards. State-of-the-art technology
is used for the purification procedure meaning Eskimo®-3 products
contain no residue from the manufacturing process and are hexane free.

Recommended Intake (Capsules)
3 capsules one to three times daily with meals, or as directed.
Children 4 to 12 years: 3 capsules one to two times daily.
Suitable for all ages from 4 onwards, Eskimo®-3 Fish Oil capsules
are safe to take for pregnant and breastfeeding women
Recommended Intake (Liquid)
1 teaspoon (5ml) daily with food, or as directed. After opening store
in refrigerator and use within 2 months.
Children under 2 years: 1/4 teaspoon daily
Children 2-12 years: 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon daily
Suitable for adults including breast-feeding and pregnant women and children
aged 1 year and up
