Recommended Intake
For Adults: 1capsule daily preferably at mealtime or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.

Bulking Agents: microcrystalline cellulose, citric acid
Vegetable Capsules Shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose
Iron (ferrous bisglycinate†) - 20 mg
Anti-caking Agent: vegetable magnesium stearate
