Including vitamins B6, B12, niacin and pantothenic acid, which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Recommended Intake
For Adults: 3 tablets daily preferably at mealtime or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
