Nutri Advanced MegaMag PeriMeno Plus supplies highly absorbable magnesium glycinate combined with specific nutrients to support a range of perimenopausal symptoms.

Using a powder formula means that MegaMag® PeriMeno Plus delivers higher levels of nutrients than a tablet or capsule formula and with active, bioavailable and standardised forms of nutrients this product is a high strength, effective formulation that is easy to take.
It can be enjoyed as a refreshing drink and could be taken safely alongside a daily multivitamin such as Multi Essentials for Women. MegaMag® PeriMeno Plus can also be taken alongside HRT medication.

What are the key ingredients?
Magnesium to reduce tiredness and low energy levels, in a glycinate form which is highly absorbable and gentle on the stomach.
Vitamins B6, B12 and folate, in their active forms, to support healthy hormone balance and the nervous system, including anxiety and low mood.
Vitamin C, which is a vitamin commonly depleted by HRT medications, which are frequently taken by women experiencing menopausal symptoms. Vitamin C is an important antioxidant which supports immune function.
Combination of well-researched herbs, including ashwagandha, rhodiola, sage, shatavari and red clover, provided as standardised extracts which guarantee the consistency of each herb from batch to batch.
Ashwagandha supports optimal cognitive function, as well as relaxation; and rhodiola is an adaptogenic herb used to support cognitive function, low mood and burnout.
Sage is a herb with a long history of use for supporting excessive sweating, a symptom common during the perimenopause.
Shatavari and red clover are two herbs with a long history of traditional use in women’s health.

Who is MegaMag® PeriMeno Plus for?
MegaMag® PeriMeno Plus is specifically designed for women aged 40 and over to provide support through the perimenopausal and menopausal years. It can be difficult for women to absorb magnesium through diet alone so deficiency is common throughout the menopause. MegaMag® PeriMeno Plus could also be taken by post-menopausal women, if symptoms continue and support is required.
