We offer minimum discounts off the standard manufacturer retail prices
on several of our brands. The following discounts will be the minimum
that will be available on these brands. Our Special Offers page lists the products currently on offer. |
| Multi-Purchase Discounts | ||||||
We offer a Multi-Purchase Discount scheme on several
of our brands. In this scheme the discount applied increases according
to the number of products purchased from any particular brand. For example,
if you buy 2 Lamberts products, you receive a 20% discount off our normal
prices on each product. Buy 4 or more Lamberts products and receive a
25% discount. This does not have to be multiples of the same product,
or all different products. You can mix and match any quantites of any
product from the same brand. The table below outlines the discounts
applicable to the quantities purchased:
This Multi-Purchase discount scheme is currently applied to the BioCare, Higher Nature, Nutri Advanced, Lamberts Healthcare, Metagenics and NutriGold ranges. The Multi-Purchase scheme is NOT applied to products that are included within our monthly Special Offers of 20% to 30% off RRP. So, any items added to your basket that are on Special Offer will NOT add to your accumulation of products within that brand. |

| Reward Points | ||
| Earn
Reward Points on every purchase to redeem for discounts off future
orders. For every £1.00 you spend you receive 1 Reward Point. You
can then redeem your Reward Points at any time in exchange for a discount
voucher which can be used against future orders. Reward Points are
exchanged at a rate of 20 points per £1.00 discount applied (effectively
a 5% discount). Reward Points can be redeemed online by clicking on My Account, followed by Redeem Points in the Customer Registration section. The next screen shows your total points accumulated and the points remaining. You can select how many points from your total remaining that you wish to redeem. After doing so, a Points Voucher will be sent to the email address you have registered with ourselves. The Points Voucher will contain a Voucher Name. This Voucher Name can then be entered into the Discount Code / Voucher Name box when placing your next order. The applicable discount will automatically be applied to this order. Points Vouchers can only be used once on our website. Points Vouchers expire one year from the date of issue. Points Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. If your order exceeds the amount of your voucher, you must pay for the balance. Points Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any Discount Code that may be present on your account for the same order.
