Shipping and Returns
General
We normally aim to dispatch all orders received before 15:00 (GMT) within 24 hours, i.e. by the end of the next working day. This does not include weekends or public holidays. Orders are dispatched on working days (Monday - Friday) only. Delivery times may be subject to extended delay if non-stock items are unavailable from our suppliers. Your Nutrition does not make any guarantees for delivery times but you will always be notified if we are unable to dispatch your complete order within 2 working days. Delivery within the UK FREE delivery is available for orders of any value for delivery within the UK. There is no minimum order value to qualify for free delivery. Orders for delivery within the UK are dispatched via the Royal Mail standard and tracked services. Different options are available dependent upon the value of the order. UK includes Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and Scilly Isles, but excludes Southern Ireland. Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class - untracked. Available for orders of value £0.00 to 100.00. Orders over £100.00 will automatically be upgraded to the Royal Mail 'Tracked 48' service where no charge will apply. Royal Mail aim to deliver packages sent via the Royal Mail 2nd Class service in 2-3 working days but a small minority may take 4-7 working days if delays take place. Royal Mail Standard 1st Class - untracked. Available for orders of value £0.00 to £100.00 where a £2.00 charge will apply. Orders over £100.00 will automatically be upgraded to the Royal Mail 'Tracked 48' service where no charge will apply. Royal Mail aim to deliver packages sent via the Royal Mail 1st Class service in 1-2 working days but a small minority may take 3-4 working days if delays take place. Royal Mail Tracked 2nd Class - tracked - FREE in the UK for orders over £100.00. Uses the Royal Mail 'Tracked 48' service. Available for orders of value £0.00 to £300.00. This delivery method will incur a £2.00 charge for orders of value £0.00 to £100.00, and is free for orders of value £100.00 to £300.00. Royal Mail aim to deliver packages sent via this 'Tracked 48' service in 2-3 working days but a small minority may take 4-7 working days if delays take place. Full online tracking is available and you will receive email notification of delivery. No signature is required upon delivery. Royal Mail Tracked 1st Class - tracked - FREE in the UK for orders over £300.00. Uses the Royal Mail 'Tracked 24' service. Available for orders of all values. This delivery method will incur a £4.00 charge for orders of value £0.00 to £300.00, and is free for orders over £300.00. Royal Mail aim to deliver packages sent via this 'Tracked 24' service in 1-2 working days but a small minority may take 3-4 working days if delays take place. Full online tracking is available and you will receive email notification of delivery. No signature is required upon delivery. Delivery charges are calculated on the orders page before you pay for your order.* The delivery options and their respective charges are outlined below:
Orders dispatched to an address in the UK that are not received after 7 working days of dispatch will, upon customer request, either be re-dispatched or a full refund of the order value provided. Delivery within Europe It is with regret that we have been forced to suspend our dispatch of orders outside the UK. This has been as a result of goods being either refused or significantly delayed in passing through International Customs following Britain's exit from the Europen Union. We are intending to reinstate our European services in the next few months when we have established a more reliable shipping process. At this time however, the usual dropdown menu of European destinations will not be available. We dispatch orders to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czeck Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City. Unfortunately, we are unable to dispatch to other European destinations. Orders within Europe are sent by airmail by UK Royal Mail International Signed For delivery. Royal Mail aim to deliver all goods within 7 working days via the International Signed For service. They cannot however make any guarantees of delivery times. This is not a trackable service. Delivery charges by this method start at £9.00 for orders below £50.00, up to £30.00 for orders of value over £250.00. Note, the maximum weight limit for packages sent via this service is 2kg. Any orders that weighs over 2kg will automatically be upgraded to the courier service and will be dispatched via DPD couriers. No extra charge will be made. Packages will require a signature upon delivery. Your Nutrition cannot be held responsible for any losses or delays of goods sent outside UK mainland. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the transit of any goods through International Customs and postal services after leaving UK mainland. Your Nutrition cannot be held responsible for goods being withheld by International Customs services or the loss of any goods by International postal services. Orders that are not received after 40 working days of dispatch will, upon customer request, either be re-dispatched or a full refund of the order value provided. Delivery to the rest of the World Regrettably, we are unable to dispatch orders outside of the European destinations listed above. *NOTE: Delivery charges are dependent upon only the value of the order and are calculated on the orders page when you place your order. Please also note that it is critical that the correct delivery destination is specified, otherwise it may not be possible to dispatch your order due to a reduced postage calculation. If this occurs you will be advised of any additional postage costs within 72 hours. Returns Your Nutrition Shop accepts returns of all goods within 60 days of your order. This period starts on the day after the day on which the goods are received. Returned goods will be refunded at the value originally charged at the time of ordering. The customer is responsible for all postage / shipping costs, and, if applicable import taxes associated with the return of goods to Your Nutrition Shop. Your Nutrition Shop will provide the customer with a receipt of any costs we may incur in receiving returned goods before any refund is provided or credit applied to an account. These costs will be deducted from the refund or credit provided. Cancellations Orders may be cancelled at any time up to the day upon which goods are dispatched. Cancellations can be made in writing via email at sales@yournutritionshop.com or directly via telephone. Our customer services department can be contacted by telephone on +44 (0)1494 775693. Customers will be offered a full refund of the order value including shipping fees, provided the goods have not yet been dispatched. |
