Information
Metagenics (formerly Nutri Advanced) Myo-Inositol supports PCOS, ovarian health, fertility, menstrual regularity, and hormone balance.

Sometimes referred to as vitamin B8, inositol is a sugar made in the body and found naturally in some foods such as cantaloupe melon, citrus fruits, beans and grains. Whilst it comes in a number of forms, at Nutri Advanced, we've chosen to use the myo-inositol form - the most present in nature and also the most bioavailable and absorbable for the body.

Myo-inositol helps our cells respond to various transmitters such as growth factors, hormones, and neurotransmitters. Studies have shown that this nutrient can help support mood; fertility and women's health; and blood sugar regulation. Myo-inositol is a second messenger of FSH, the Follicle-Stimulating Hormone which may help regulate the menstrual cycle and support healthy ovarian function.

Our Myo-Inositol Powder is a high-strength, easily absorbed formula which can be stirred into water or juice for a delicious and naturally-sweet tasting drink, enjoyed at any time of the day.

Recommended Intake
1 serving (2g) per day stirred into water or juice, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
